     A 4 storey Victorian terraced property.   Set in centre of town on a flat wide avenue.

 300 metre walk to main shopping street and 400 metres to pier and promenade, along wide pavements with                     
plenty of ramped kerbs.
750 metres to railway station.
300 metres to bus stop, with buses every 10 minutes to Colwyn Bay and Rhyl . Also a regular service to further afield.  Reliable taxi firms are available (the guest house owners will always order a taxi for guests).
Off road parking on forecourt of premises, close to front door.  15 centimetre (6 inch) front step into the building.  

The ground floor has a guest lounge with sofas and  higher seated chairs. There are side tables, plenty of books, games and newspapers.
Complimentary hot drinks available throughout the day and evening.
  Adjoining the lounge is the dining room.
       Individual tables.
Extra space made for those who need it.
Help available for choosing from menu.
Special diets catered for. (diabetic, vegetarian, vegan, celiac.)
Medication that needs to be kept cool can be stored in owners fridge and be available at all times.       
The hall is wide and bright with 2 chairs and plenty of tourist information.

Double, twin, single and family rooms available.
Less mobile guests are accommodated on the 1st floor whenever possible.
There are no ground floor rooms or toilets due to the structure of the building.
All rooms have hospitality trays and TVs with remote controls.

There are signs to put on doors for guests who may need assistance
if the building has to be evacuated.

The owners live on the premises and at least one person is available at all times.
There is a bell on owners accommodation door in case of a night time emergency, ( this is explained in all bedrooms).
There are no facilities for pets ( apart from guide dogs etc.)
There are no fresh flowers in bedrooms or in the dining room so that those who suffer from allergies can feel comfortable.
Guests have 24 hour access to rooms.
