Tension Tents
These tents are attached to the ground with 42 inch steel stakes attached to nylon webbing, with the use of ratchet straps the tent becomes very tight. It is this taughtness that creates the shape of the tent.
The strength is in the fabric itself and not so much in internal cables or ropes.
These are generally the larger tents and require a space around them for the
stakes
