The application form can be downloaded (Application), completed and brought to the next regular club meeting.
The initiation fee and one month's dues are due at time of application (total $459.00). If the applicant so desires, he/she can pay one third of the initiation fee at the time of joining and one third each of the next two months. Each month, you will be billed for dues and two hours minimum flying time, a total of $159.00. If you fly more than two hours you will be billed accordingly. You are encouraged to use the airplanes as often as you like, but do not use them if you cannot pay your bill
Up to two hours at the C172 rate may be rolled over into the next month. Roll-overs may not exceed two hours.
Associate memberships will run January 1 through December 31. If an Associate joins mid-year, his/her membership fee will be pro rated.
Upon membership acceptance, and each January thereafter, you are required to submit, if you have one, a copy of your pilot’s license, current medical certificate, and a copy of your logbook showing your latest biennial flight review or rating. You are also required to attend a general membership meeting prior to your application being voted on by the Board of Directors.
When you are accepted into membership, you will be oriented to the clubs rules and regulations, the airplanes, the method of scheduling airplanes, the reporting of any problems with the airplanes and your responsibilities for the safety and efficient operation of the airplanes.
Certified Flight Instructors used by club members must be approved by the Club Board of Directors before they can instruct in the Club's airplanes. If you have an Instructor that is not listed on our web site, contact any Board Member who will assist you in getting your CFI added to our list of approved instructors.
